Bahia Bowls was founded in 2016 by Ben Casey and Van Hatziyianis to fill the need for unique, health-driven food in Southwest Florida. Their goal from the start was to offer a consistent, fresh product and to create a place where customers are treated like family.

What began as a small neighborhood café quickly turned into a one-stop shop for people who crave healthy, energizing, and high-quality ingredients. Today, the Bahia mission continues as our staff and franchise partners bring delicious hand-crafted bowls, smoothies, salads and more to every corner of the country.
