Overview
The idea for Bahia Bowls was born in 2016 when founders Ben Casey and Van Hatziyianis identified the lack of unique, healthy food concepts in Southwest Florida. The mission from day one was simple: provide a consistent, fresh, and unique product to the local community and create a place where people who come in are treated like family. The flagship store was opened in Estero in 2017 and the lines of people coming in every day told them they were onto something. The mission today remains the same as we start to introduce more communities to the Bahia Way. Our incredible staff and dedicated franchise partners work hard every day to bring our vision to life.

Everything comes down to quality at Bahia Bowls. We blend our bases in house daily, use fresh ingredients and our products are always made to order. You’ll find on our menu everything from salads and wraps to our signature bowls and know that you really cannot go wrong. In fact, with all our additional toppings and add-ins you could eat at Bahia Bowls everyday and try something different each time!
Our Communities
It’s a major milestone every time we open our doors to serve a new community. We try to show our appreciation every chance we get by partnering with local organizations to host fundraisers in our shops. Looking Forward
What began as a small neighborhood café aimed at introducing our town to a new product has quickly turned into a one stop shop for people who crave healthy, fresh, and high-quality food. Our fast-growing brand now operates in 5 states and serves thousands of customers every day. It has been an incredibly exciting journey so far and we are nowhere near slowing down. Our goal is to bring our delicious hand-crafted bowls, smoothies, salads and wraps to every corner of the country!
