Who Can Host a Give Back Night?
We work with a variety of community-based organizations, including:
- K–12 schools (PTAs, clubs, senior events)
- Youth sports teams (baseball, cheer, soccer, etc.)
- Nonprofits and local charities
- College groups and student organizations
- Libraries, after-school programs, and clubs
- Community gardens and wellness groups

Hosting a Give Back Night is easy:
Submit Your Application Tell us about your organization and preferred date/location.
We Confirm & Schedule Your local Bahia Bowls will follow up to coordinate details.
You Promote We’ll provide customizable marketing materials to help you spread the word.
We Give Back 25% of in-store sales from your supporters go back to your organization.
Timeline
We need at least 2 weeks' notice to schedule your fundraising event.
This gives our restaurants time to prepare everything needed for your Give Back Night!
Guidelines & Requirements
To ensure a successful event, please note the following:
- In-store purchases only qualify (no online, app, or delivery sales)
- Supporters must mention your organization at checkout
- Events must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance
- Your organization should actively promote the event
- Bahia Bowls may set a minimum fundraising threshold for donation eligibility
What we're not able to support. While we love to help, we're not the right fit for:
Personal fundraisers (medical bills, scholarships, travel, etc.). Businesses or for-profit groups. Political or lobbying organizations. We also do not support any group that promotes exclusion or discrimination. Bahia Bowls upholds a commitment to inclusion, and we support organizations that foster respect and equity.
